I thought everything was going to be a mess due to the weekend but the boardwalk and beaches and hotel were clean We had an okay view from our windows. It was very clean, spacious and pretty big. We stayed in the Ballys towers classic room. Bally’s, there is no excuse for your phones not to be answered when paying customers need help. You had to wait for a rep to be connected who never answered. ![]() There was not even an option to call to the room through the main phone number when I was out on the boardwalk. I am still bothered that the front desk never answered the phone. The hotel is very accessible for those with mobility challenges. They answered our questions and were very nice and helpful. On a bright note, the breakfast restaurant on the 6th floor served delicious meals and Willie, a server, was so kind. We wanted to unwind and turn off our cell phones and requested a wake up call and it never came. We needed to call to the front desk more than once and after waiting 20 minutes one time, I ended up going all the way down to the front desk for help. There is no need to try to call to reach the front desk because they NEVER answered the phone!. I understand it’s off season but we were told that the rooms would not be cleaned daily but we could ask for fresh linens. They are cutting corners with limited staff. ![]()
